Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is the biggest interdisciplinary student association in Europe. It was born on the 16th of October 1989 and legally registered in 1990 for supporting and developing student exchange.
Our mission is to represent international students, thus providing opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of” Students Helping Students”. At the moment the ESN network consists of 42 countries and 525+ local sections.

ESN has many projects that make life easier. Erasmus in Schools aims to bring international students during their mobility experience in the Netherlands closer to the local communities.
The ExchangeAbility project was also initiated due to a recognition of the current situation regarding the mobility of students with disabilities.
